Ruth Hoppin Elementary is located in Three Rivers, Michigan and is one of four elementary buildings in Three Rivers Community Schools. Hoppin has aprox. 300 students in Young 5s through 5th grade who come from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.

Ruth Hoppin Elementary School strives to maintain a caring, family atmosphere while encouraging students to excel academically and personally. We seek to blend time-honored practices with current research-based instructional strategies to give each student the best education possible. We value the power of teamwork to maximize the best use of our skills. We believe that with students, parents, staff, and community working together, we make our school the best it can be.

Achievements

Academic standards and student achievement are very high at Hoppin Elementary School. The percentage of students achieving satisfactory scores exceeds state averages in the core content areas of writing, math, reading, and science. Hoppin staff, students, and parents value education and are proud of student success.

Results Matter

Hoppin Elementary School recognizes that improvement is a continuous process with improving student achievement as our primary focus. The school improvement plan is reviewed annually for this to be accomplished.
