The Prevention And Wellness Services (PAWS) program is a comprehensive primary care clinic providing healthcare services and treatment for elementary school-aged students. The School-Linked Community Adolescent Health Center (CAHC) is an extension of the PAWS Program, which focuses specifically on providing primary care services and mental health services and treatment for Middle and High School aged students near school grounds. This one of a kind clinic was established on a community partnership model, which is essential to its success.

Three Rivers Community Schools partners with Three Rivers Health and collaborates with Community Mental Health and the Community Health Agency of Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph County and the Department of Human Services.  All of the partnering agencies contribute significant resources and expertise to the operation of the School-Linked Health Center.
