SPORTS PHYSICALS FOR 2012-13

A sports physical IS MANDATORY if your student will be participating in school sports. Three Rivers Health-PAWS/Community Adolescent Health Center are offering sports physicals to all area athlets beginning June 1st and running through Sept. 1st for only......$15.00~! Appointments are necessary. Please call 273-1418 or 273-9782 to set up an appointment.
