Athletic Director

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education and/or Sports Management; Minimum of five years of teaching/coaching experience (Varsity experience preferred); Demonstrated Leadership Skills
Goal:
To provide leadership, collaboration and coordination in the area of athletic programming the middle and high schools.


High School Art Teacher

Goal:
Instruct students on drawing, ceramics, art history and painting. Help students build skills and show personal expression through art.

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Michigan teacher certificate; Demonstrate compliance with ESSA “highly qualified teacher” status as defined by the Michigan Department of Education


Food Service Supervisor

Summary:
Oversees all aspects of the food service program in the procurement, preparation, and serving of attractive, nutritious and palatable meals, at the correct temperature, using approved sanitation techniques. Knowledge of catering and banquet preparation is required.

Education/Experience:
An Associate’s Degree or completion of Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following areas: Foods and Nutrition; Dietetics; Food Service Management; Nutrition Education; Three years experience in a food management position; Such alternatives to the above as the Superintendent or his designee may find appropriate and acceptable.


Facilities Director

Summary:
Oversees buildings, grounds, custodial and maintenance personnel, construction, renovation and maintenance of the District’s facilities/equipment, environmental compliance, security, energy conservation programs and warehousing operations.

Education/Experience:
Associate’s Degree required – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field preferred; Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in maintenance supervision and/or maintenance engineering work.
