NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE THREE RIVERS COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BOARD OF EDUCATION WILL HOLD A WORK SESSION MEETING ON MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2020 AT 6:00 PM BEING CONDUCTED IN AN ELECTRONIC, VIRTUAL SETTING

In response to Executive Order issued by Governor Whitmer at the time of this posting relative to the COVID-19 pandemic and in consideration of the safety and wellbeing of the Board, Administration,Staff and the Public, the Board of Education will be holding its above noted meetings virtually as allowed by Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order(s).

We have created a virtual meeting with two options on how to join.  You may choose to join via the web, or by phoning into the meeting using any telephone.  Following are the Instructions on how to join.

Joining by URL:

Click on the following link: meet.google.com/hqn-urdh-wnn
You may need to allow the Google Meet software to access your microphone and camera
You will need to add your name in the field that asks: “What's your Name?”.
Click ‘Ask to Join’
Your mic will be active upon entering the room, at which point the moderator will mute all mics except the Boards mics.
During the Public Comments agenda portion, please use the chat function at the right side of your screen to notify the moderator for permission to speak.  At that point the board will recognize your time and you will need to unmute your microphone.
Upon completion of your time, the moderator will mute your microphone.
Once the meeting is adjourned, you may close the window, and the meeting will end.

During the Public Comments agenda portion, the board will ask for our web-based attendees for comment, once those are complete, the board will ask for any comments from Phone attendees.
When prompted by the board, please press *6 on your phone to unmute your microphone.
Upon completion of your time, the moderator will mute your microphone.
Once the meeting is adjourned, you may hang up.
