NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE THREE RIVERS COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BOARD OF EDUCATION WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON THURSDAY , NOVEMBER 5, 2020 AT 6:00 PM AT THE THREE RIVERS COMMUNITY SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE; 851 SIXTH AVENUE RD, THREE RIVERS MI 49093.

*In response to the Emergency Order issued by the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services  at the time of this posting relative to the COVID-19 pandemic and in consideration of the safety and wellbeing of the Board, Administration, Staff and the Public, individuals are to wear facial coverings during this school gathering. Persons not part of the same household are to maintain six feet of distance from each other. 

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

The public may attend in person or  view the meeting via a live stream link to be posted on the district website home page (www.trschools.org) at least two hours prior to the meeting.

In person attendees must register their intention to participate in the public portion of the meeting upon their arrival at the meeting. Virtual attendees may submit public comment on our electronic public comment form located at: TRCS BOE Virtual Meeting: Public Comment Card and on the district website home page until November 5, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Public comments will be read aloud during the Public Comment portion of the meeting provided they are received by the deadline noted above and adhere to Bylaw 0167.3, Public Participation at Board Meetings (to view- visit www.trschools.org and click on the Board Policy link under the District tab). To adhere to our three minute limit, we ask the public to limit individual written comments to 450 words.
