Community Events Flyer Submission

Organizations must use the form located on the right hand side of this page to submit flyers - Flyers will not be accepted if delivered to School Buildings.

  • The District accepts submissions from non-profit and local organizations of non-curricular flyers that have a social, recreational, or educational value for students.    
  • All flyers MUST have "Not Affiliated with Three Rivers Community Schools" on it, or they will not be accepted.    
  • All submissions are reviewed before being published and TRCS reserves the right to reject unsuitable or inappropriate postings at our sole discretion.    
  • Flyers are posted on the District’s Community Events webpage only.

TRCS Lions Club - Turtle Derby for Kids 1-12

Kids register to become a "Jockey" of a turtle of their choice in six-lane heats. Heat winners win prizes and go into the final rounds for grand prizes of gift cards to local businesses. Thanks to local businesses sponsoring lanes. Profits fund scholarships for TR HS students and Kids Helping Kids!

Day or Overnight Summer Camp

Camp Amigo offers faith-based day and overnight camps for ages 6-13, providing a fun, safe alternative to daycare. Kids explore nature, build friendships, and enjoy activities like canoeing, gaga ball, archery, swimming, and much more all in an engaging outdoor environment.

Summer Blast - A Free Summer experience!

Join Kingdom Quest: Summer Blast 2026, June 22–25, 6–8 pm at Riverside Church! Kids ages 3 (potty trained)–5th grade step into an epic 4-day adventure with games, storytelling, and interactive quests inspired by classic and digital worlds. Register now for the journey!

The district accepts submissions from organizations of non-curricular flyers that have a social, recreational, or educational value for students. Flyers are posted on the Community Events page only.

ALL Flyers MUST have these items on it for approval; if not, they will be denied: 

  • MUST state "Not Affiliated with Three Rivers Community Schools" in a visible location on the flyer
  • Contact Information; 
  • Full name of the sponsoring organization or agency; 
  • Clear description or title of the event or activity; 
  • Please submit a final copy (no drafts).
