The Mission of Three Rivers Community Schools is to educate, motivate and inspire all students to reach their full potential, to become successful adults, and to pursue their dreams.

The Internet is a unique communications medium and Three Rivers Community Schools (TRCS) is committed to protecting the privacy of users who utilize the PowerSchool student information system portal. TRCS is especially sensitive of the need for our students to consult with their parents before furnishing personally identifiable information or ordering products online, and we make special efforts to advise our students to do so. We also urge parents to monitor and supervise their children’s online activities and use of software and other tools that may enhance their use. Throughout cyberspace, we want to contribute to providing a safe and secure environment.

TRCS does not rent, sell, exchange or share personally identifiable information with anyone else. The term “personally identifiable information” means information including, without limitation, name, address, telephone number, Social Security number, e-mail address, age or physical description.

TRCS complies with applicable law governing online privacy.

PowerSchool Reports

Users that have requested Assignment reports, Progress reports, Weekly Announcements, etc. and have provided a legitimate e-mail address will receive regular e-mail with the requested information. We will not put you on the list, you MUST perform this with your Parent Username and Password. Should you need assistance, please contact our Information Systems department at 269-278-7409.

As part of securing your access, PowerSchool stores your IP address (a unique number assigned to every computer on the Internet) when you access your student’s online information.

Other Web Sites

When users access the Internet whether through links from the TRCS PowerSchool website or otherwise, they access other websites not controlled by TRCS. TRCS is not responsible for those other websites, and we recommend users carefully examine the privacy statements of websites. Personally identifiable information that you choose to provide to other sites will be subject to their privacy policies.
